By downloading, installing, or using GymTorch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the app.
GymTorch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

A free trial period may be offered to new subscribers. The trial duration will be stated at the point of purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are applied at the same price as the original subscription unless you are notified otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date.
All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. GymTorch does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. For billing disputes or refund requests, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your workout data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, iOS updates, app deletion, or accidental user action. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
GymTorch is a workout tracking tool and is not a medical product. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise programme. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GymTorch and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content within GymTorch — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, icons, text, and underlying code — is the property of GymTorch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
GymTorch integrates with Apple services including the App Store, Apple Health, and iCloud. Your use of those services is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of GymTorch after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
